What people are saying about our programs ...

Brenda Kelleher Everything that I do, noticing myself in the world, trying to be effective as a businessperson — this program showed me that there’s a way to address it that allows me to handle all of it, to encounter all of it and not freak out.

The two people who offer it are such a brilliant counterpoint to each other — they come from such different stories. These people are really not talking about the product being something that you can package, sell, produce, charge for. They’re talking about your value, you as an individual, and they’ve got the bones and the heart to do it.

Jill Wallace I’d never done anything online, or by the phone. And I thought, hmm, how real can it be? People portray themselves as anything online. And I’m a pretty sophisticated psychological person, and I thought — nobody can help me.

Well, I played out my no one can help me thing. And you both just stuck it out, and called me on it, and named it, and I recognized it. Now I’m able to have perspective, to observe myself. That helps keep me from being overwhelmed and overtaken by my distress. So I’m less likely to discharge feelings at my staff or my friends.

It works. I’m surprised that it worked. And I can’t really explain how it worked. But I notice a change in myself. A change for the better. My staff and friends — I think they’d say, Jill’s happier. Yeah. I’ve never felt this good in my whole life!

Lauren Pickwoad You are masterful at hearing what someone is saying and truly understanding them. Your ability to actively listen and tune in to not only the words but the emotion, what that person is really saying, makes the person truly feel valued. Jon and Grace get what I was saying, they get where my place is, where I am right now. You guys are true pros at it, you really do a great job. Regardless of what else was going on in the call, whoever was speaking, you knew that Grace and Jon understood where that person was.

Sharon Robohm There’s some kind of balancing factor that happens with this program, that keeps pulling me back to try to keep the whole picture in focus, instead of just the compelling issue of the moment. I have a feeling of community, an awareness of fellow searchers who are trying to find a way to be who they are.

There is a an expanded sense of breathing space in my life. It’s as if doors and windows are opening that I didn’t know were closed — that I didn’t know were there.

- Sharon Robohm, Bath, Maine
I acknowledge you both for the simple, clear, and profound doorways that you present. The level of integrity, compassion, and safety that was created was palpable. I really appreciate the way you don’t make it about “you” and thus this helps me not make it about “me.”

About Jon, Grace, and Finding Another Way

Who we are

Jon Hansen

Jon Hansen is a coach, teacher, and guide whose lifelong endeavor has been to help people awaken to themselves and reclaim their inherent beauty, power, and wholeness.

In the words of his clients, “Jon Hansen is a guide and a teacher with an amazing ability to transmit deep realities and truths in ways that connect. It’s a connection of profound awareness from where he is to where I might be, to that part of me that is always and already aware, and it allows me to hear what he says on very deep, non-mental, non-verbal levels.”

Jon also has a private practice, working one-on-one with clients to guide them through the powerful transitions of life, helping them find true peace of mind. You can read more about Jon on his website, The Remembering Room. (The link will open in a new window.)

Jon’s deep, experiential understanding of what it means to allow inspiration to move, coupled with his ability to discern what’s true from the myriad voices of doubt, fear, and “should,” help create the safe, focused space within which the group works.

Grace
      Judson

Grace Judson is a writer and coach with a joyfully intuitive ability to help people find true connection with what they do — and then express it in words that resonate deeply for them and for their audience. Her 25-year corporate background allows her to ground her suggestions in very practical terms. As one client said, “Practical and reality-based — you’re down-to-earth. You’re a partner in change.”

Along with her skills as facilitator and guide, Grace shares her own real, sometimes difficult, sometimes joyful, and often amazing experience of the journey, providing validation of the absolute reality that there is another way.

Grace’s private practice focuses on helping her clients find the language that expresses the intangible yet very real essence of who they are, what they do, and why they do it. You can read more about Grace on her website, Svaha Concepts. (The link will open in a new window.) Grace also works one-on-one with clients to help them open to new understandings about their careers, their businesses, and their lives.

Process-oriented yet intuitively able to listen deeply to what people aren’t saying as well as what they are, Grace joins Jon in creating safety, clarity, and focus for the group and each individual within it.

We started working together over three years ago when we met in a small-business marketing class. We began in a client/coach, teacher/student relationship, in which Jon helped Grace discover her own “another way.” Both her life and her work have changed profoundly as a result.

Our coaching relationship grew into a friendship, and in a mutual recognition of our shared calling we formed a business partnership, established Finding Another Way, and began conducting workshops and group programs together.

Together, we have hundreds, perhaps thousands, of hours’ experience helping our clients find broader, deeper, more resonant experiences of what’s calling them and what’s really true for them. We bring you the process that’s worked for us and for our individual clients.
